Highlands Art League's next big event will be our 45th Annual Fine Arts and Crafts Festival on November 5th on the Circle in Historic Downtown Sebring. This is a free outdoor celebration of the arts, with music, food, and lots of artists and vendors. We are currently accepting booth applications.
