The Visual Arts Center overlooks beautiful Lake Jackson in Downtown Sebring, Florida. With large windows with perfectly fabulous light, the Visual Arts Center is ideal for the many classes and workshops that are held at Highlands Art League. One of four buildings that house HAL's activities, the Center is alive with artists through out the year.
