Sponsorship Opportunities

Highlands Art League is a 501-(c)-3, not-for-profit visual art membership and service organization.  Through Highlands Museum of the Arts and The Village, Highlands Art League is committed to providing exhibition, retail gallery space and education opportunities for artists, patrons and the public.

Sponsorship indicates an important commitment on behalf of the sponsor to support the mission and vision of Highlands Art League: The vision of the Highlands Art League is to develop and maintain the importance of visual art to the vitality of Highlands County and Central Florida through presenting exhibits and programs of excellence.

Our Mission Statement: To promote the appreciation, study and development of the arts, in their many forms, and to provide various adult and children’s programs whereby the Highlands County community will prosper as a center of culture.

Sponsorship Opportunities include, but are not limited to:

*Historic Downtown Sebring Festival - Held March 7 an 8, 2008, this event features 100 Fine Art and Craft exhibitors from across the country.  Located around the circle in historic downtown Sebring, the Fair draws close to 15,000 patrons to Sebring's largest free outdoor event.

*2nd Fridays - Where Work Stops and Art Starts.  Held every 2nd Friday of the month, this event brings art, food and music together at the Village and Highlands MOTA.  Attendance averages around 100 for each event.

*Exhibits - Highlands Art League puts on 7 Featured Artist of the Month exhibits annually in the Yellow House East Gallery, as well as 5 to 7 exhibits in The Highlands MOTA.

*Art on the Waterfront – This year’s event will be held at The Village and the newly renovated Visual Art Center. Featuring a live auction with fabulous art, jewelry and vacation Packages. A delicious dinner is served and special entertainment is provided.

*National Juried Competition -  2008 is our first annual national juried competition. Nationally advertised, this event will draw artist from around the county. 

*Classroom Sponsors - Sponsor a classroom in the Visual Arts Center for one year.
