Norma Evans

Norma studied pastel painting for several years with two Pastel Society artists, one of which was the co-owner of an art gallery in Washingtonville, New York. She has also studied watercolor and pastel painting in Cooper City, Florida. She served on the committee of the “Artist on the Campus” art show for eleven years at Mount Saint Mary College in New York. The Plantation Art Guild chose her as Woman of the Year in 2002, and she also served on their board.

Norma has received several ribbons for her paintings at local juried shows in Plantation, Florida. Her paintings have also been shown at the Lakeshore Mall, the Kenilworth Lodge, and Tanglewood. She has been a member of Highlands Art League since 2010.
