Food Vendor Application

RULES AND PROCEDURES:

​

We do not allow for food duplication. Only 1 BBQ vendor, 1 Pizza Vendor, etc.

​

The earlier you apply and pay, will increase your chance of getting in.

 

You will be notified of your location on Food Street and what time you should report. We must assign times so that we can get the trucks/trailers in the correct spot.  If you fail to report at your assigned time, you will have to be placed where there is availability of space.

 

Breakdown must not begin before 4 pm on Saturday and must be completed by 5 pm when the City of Sebring will reopen the streets.

 

Be sure to have a fire extinguisher and copy of your licenses and insurance on hand.

 

Vendor pets are not allowed in the show area.

 

Each vendor is responsible for collecting Florida sales tax.

 

HAL will not provide any tents, tables, chairs, extension cords, or any other items for your booth or space.

 

Upon arrival you must register at the HAL booth.

 

Those that participated last year sold out of most of their food and were very happy they came. Prepare enough food!  Over 8,000 attended in 2023!
